We are looking at using the Order Confirmation functionality in ticket orders to print notifications of order receipt for our next subscription season.
It would be preferrable to have a record of if and when this has been done. It seems that currently this is not a part of the functionality for Confirmations/Acknowledemnts generated this way unless you are generating an email confirmation.
Has anyone customised this function to record when these are printed (either in the ticket order or constituent account) or have ideas on how this may be done?
