Print at Home Tickets

I am stumped!  When the operator requests Print at home as a delivery method , do they have to manually choose an e-mail address? Right now our household records do not have a default e-mail address, only individual address for each  member in the household. When we sell tickets we can only sell  to the household.

Is there a way to set up a default E-mail address for the Household record?

How do other organizations handle this?
