We have finished our renewal period and seating for the next season and would like to remove all of the rollover order left over that now have no line items, order amount, paid amount, or balance due. Basically, orders for patrons who did not renew and the seats in the orders have been released.
Is it possible to delete these orders? If so, how do we remove them?
And is there a way to do it in bulk? I ask about bulk because a few years ago a bad rollover happened and we had to do a second rollover with the correct details, but orders from the first rollover still exist (with the same status as the above mentioned orders).
There is no front end mechanism for deleting orders. The cancellation utilities release seats and delete line items, but the orders are maintained as part of the audit trail on the cancellation.
