We are having some issues with our Print At Home tickets not scanning with our Nscan software. Does anyone else have this same issue? At our show last night we had to reprint 100-200 Print at Home tickets because they were all saying superceded by reprint or they would just not scan. We have had this issue in the past but not on this scale. Any help anyone can give me would be excellent!

HI Megan,
We have not had anything on that scale before. Did you check the Orders to make sure that an operator did not re-print anything? The Order should still show all re-prints and NScan activity.

The only time we've had an issue like this arise was when one of our will callers accidentally did a batch reprint for all of the tickets that evening - superceding all of the Print at Home tickets as well as the BOCA stock.
