If Tessi is down for a performance and NScan doesn't work, we can rip the tickets and enter the ticket numbers later. What happens when a customer uses the PAH ticket on his mobile device and there is no paper to rip? Has anyone had this problem?

I you should be able to put NScan into an offline mode on the hand scanners and it will store all the ticket numbers it scans on the devices for later upload. So even if Tessitura is down, the hand helds can still at least gather the data. This also works if you are somewhere offsite and have to scan and store and can't connect to Tessitura.
We haven't had an instance where all devices are uncharged and Tessitura is down *knocking frantically on wood*. I suppose in that instance we'd get a pad of paper to scribble something down on.
