Box Office Statement vs Performance Sale Summary

At Bass Hall-Fort Worth, we are still new to Tessitura with final go-live this July.
We suspect our "problem" is not really a problem but another learning opportunity.

For one of our upcoming shows we have 96 reserved/unpaid seats.
And, in Season Manager (for this specific show) the seats are light-blue indicating the status as reserved, unpaid.

When we run the Performance Sales Summary report for this show, we can see the number of seats sold, including the total of Reserved seats (and the potential value).  For this show the number of Reserved seats is 96.

When we run the Box Office Statement report for this show, we can see the break-out of sold seats by section/etc.
At the bottom of each section is another summary line for Reserved Unpaid.
For each section the value for Reserved Unpaid is 0.

When we run the report for other upcoming shows, we see the same "problem".
The Performance Summary report displays reserved seats; the Box Office report does not.

To us, these references to "reserved" seem to be the same thing but it appears the definitions for "reserved" differ between the two reports.

We ran the reports using various parameters.
We read the documentation for each report, and searched the forums.
The 96 seats in question were reserved using price type category Standard (ID=2).
In Campaign=>References, the MOS used for this transaction has only "Must Be Seated" checked.

Have we missed anything while setting up the performances/tickets/etc?

Can someone help us eliminate our confusion?

Regards, and Many Thanks
