Hi, we have one of our main fundraisers coming up. We have created and populeted the Special Event and have entered seating in the Performance Seating area. We (Development) will be sending letters and event tickets out next week.
I am trying to avoid work duplication and potential errors and hope that our ticketing department will be able to just use the information in performance Seating to "seat" the house and print tickets to the event - everyone is already paid and processed through Development.
It would be a waste of time if ticketing had to manually re-enter everything all over again!

Thanks for getting back to me Kevin. Is there a report I can run with the assigned seating from elevated events that I can then use to upload for tickets?
If not is there another way we need to look at this in the future so we don’t have work duplication?

Hi George,
Unfortunately there is no link between elevated events and performances and no functionality to create orders based on elevated event data. Someone will have to manually process the seating.
