CC Error: Can not format the request.

Hi all,

Has anyone seen this error come back during credit card authorization?:

"Response: Can not format the request.  Error code = -1."

Our Ticket Services dept has gotten it twice in the last two days.  Once for a customer that does not have the correct billing zip in Tess, so I dispatched someone to track that down before further troubleshooting.  But now we just got the same thing for frequent customers with definitely the correct billing address.

Furthermore, neither payment method requires zip verification (so I don't even really think that's the problem).

Another detail - we upgraded to v.11 last week. :)
