Data missing from Single Sale Order Listing Report

Hello,

I just ran the Single Sale Order Listing report. I noticed that when I ran the report there are customers missing from it that I know have orders that fall within the parameters that I put in before I ran it. I am using a list of customers, and otherwise just the order dates and performance date ranges.

Any ideas as to why something wouldn't show up on the report even though it should be there?

    Is it possible that all of the missing orders are web orders? We ran into that problem when we were first starting to use that report. This knowledgebase article helped us resolve that.
