We started using dynamic pricing about a year ago and have found a new complication to deal with. We use dynamic pricing to increase our subscription prices, and those ticekts are exchangable. When we are eschanges tickets in the box office, this works perfectly because we can do the exchange in the original order and the order date grandfaters in the new tickets so there is no additional fee. However, when patrons exchange on the web, it creates a new order and effectivly negates the dynamic pricing. I don't know exactly what to do about it. If it's possible, I'd like web exchange to work within the same order, but I don't know if that is a possibility.
Has anyone else delt with any issues like this?
