Price Zones

So, we have the following price zones.

A

B

C

D

E

Sometimes we only use A, B and C and disable the others in the price map.  Is there a way to make the price zones that are disabled NOT show up in the ticket order so our staff can quickly tell which price zones are available?

Thank you,

Jena

You could always use Allocations to control the inventory.

    Hi Jenna:
Sometimes, for some events, I use the Zone Description to pass along tips to our staff.  Unless I'm mistaken, your SYOS shows sections, not zones, so you could do the same thing.  So you might use something like:
    A
    B
    C
    D - some performances only
    E - or 'limited performances'

It is a bit wonky.  As Kevin mentioned, there will be visual cues that will come with v12.  This may help in the mean time.

    Thanks
