does anyone use an ITX printer model #UITX 3003C?
Our ITX printer emulates BOCA's FGL printer language but the network isn't familiar with our model so it'd be great to hear from other ITX users.
Tessitura have said that FGL printers are mostly compatible – ie 99% of the time – but have had some quirks that couldn’t be supported. Is this the case with your ITX?
Appreciate any experiences as I hope we don't have to buy a new BOCA!
