Hi everyone,
Here’s a Friday afternoon funny one.. I’ve been doing some order imports (to track name-a-seat) for each of our venues, and the first three I did worked fine but the last one is being funny. It’s throwing up a ‘Price Type is not valid for the Mode of Sale. Check tx_mos_pricetype’ message, and putting $1 against each seat (they should be $0 value). I double checked tx_mos_pricetype, and it’s fine. Also, nobody messed with the price map I’m using for the price type. The only thing that’s changed between imports is the section mapping and the actual data file (which has all of the same column headers).
Any ideas what might cause something like this?
