Are there any organizations out there that are using or have considered using automated ticket kiosks?
If so can you briefly share experiences, positive or negative?

I'm dreaming of a kiosk in our theatre. Can you let me know if you had an easy time of installing these? What model did you guys purchase? Can you tell me what you paid and what comes with that price (support, warranty, etc). What type of software/hardware was needed? I want to avoid all the problems that Sarasota Opera seemed to have.

Well, we WERE supposed to have them up and running by now, but it's been postponed for another few months. We do have kiosks for museum admission. I can put you in touch with the fellow in IT in charge of it.

Does anyone have any information or updates on the ticket kiosks? Ellen, what has the response been from patrons and staff to the admission kiosks? Are they difficult to maintain?
