What character do I use for an apostrophe in the Ticket Text? There is no Alt+ code in ASCII.
after struggling to find an answer to this question and trying (what I thought) every trick in the book, I tried having the data field input information from the Production season-it seems that apostrophes won't print as masked text, only as data information from another field.
I don’t do anything extra for apostrophes (accents are another story). Here are my parameters:

The ticket designer is sadly, limited. You can print sample tickets, but if the ticket is pulling from ticket text you have on the event level, the only way to see that text is by printing a live ticket. The other option is to make the changes and have your test environment updated. You could then pull tickets for the event and not have transactions in the live database.

Hi Ellen: We pull ticket text from multiple sources (Production, line 1; Production Season, line 1 & 2, perf lines, etc.), so I don't believe we could use any sort of report. Like you, I pull comps to check the text.
Sorry I don't have more information for you.
Kindly,
Mark

Is there any report which will show the ticket text for each performance? Or am I stuck printing out comps for an example?
Hey Ellen, We have built a custom "checklist" report so that our team can double check and sign off that things have been built correctly, including ticket text (as we always place the text in certain fields). Would that be of any assistance to you?
