We're looking to begin using N-Scan access control which of course means putting barcodes on our tickets. While we've read up on the basics I was hoping you fine folks out there could share some of your experiences in implementation as far as ticket designs.
Would anyone be willing to share some examples of successful tickets that include barcodes and perhaps the specific ticket design elements behind them?
First and foremost we're finding real estate on the ticket to be an issue. Another question I have is are you just using one barcode or two? We've read the suggestions of having more than one but are finding that most organizations, in our local area anyways, generally only use one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Dave
Dave,
We have a template here that we modify depending on the show. We have barcodes on our tickets too. I will send you some examples from past shows, and then the template behind them.
Caryl
Hi Caryl, don't suppose you could send some ticket design templates with barcodes my way? We're including 2 barcodes in preparation for N-Scan and would appreciate any insights. Many thanks, Beth
Yes, let me find dig some up and I will forward to you.
Hi Beth,
Not sure if you're still looking for examples of ticket designs with 2 bar codes, but we'd be happy to send you examples from ACMI too.
Andrew.
Hi Andrew,
Apologies for the late response.
Yes please, the more the merrier, that would be fantastic.
Do you offer print at home, and scan tickets across venues?
Beth
Yes, we do print at home tickets, and have access control for all of our venues.
I'll e-mail you through some example designs.
Cheers,
