We're looking to begin using N-Scan access control which of course means putting barcodes on our tickets. While we've read up on the basics I was hoping you fine folks out there could share some of your experiences in implementation as far as ticket designs.
Would anyone be willing to share some examples of successful tickets that include barcodes and perhaps the specific ticket design elements behind them?
First and foremost we're finding real estate on the ticket to be an issue. Another question I have is are you just using one barcode or two? We've read the suggestions of having more than one but are finding that most organizations, in our local area anyways, generally only use one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Dave
We use 2 barcodes - one vertically on the "stub" and one horizontally at the bottom of the main body of the ticket. It helps the ushers to scan the tickets as quickly as possible.
