Hi all,
Like most of us that sell parking vouchers (according to old tessnet posts) we do so with a dummy performance within Tessitura.Gearing up for our 2010 renewals I'm wondering if there are organizations out there that use fees to do this and what might be the pros and cons of doing them this way.Is there a big red flag that I'm not seeing?
Cheers!
Ryan,
A few of other factors in our decision were: being able to sell as a line item, to save time for our Box Office (as a museum we do a lot of walk-up, general admission ticketing and speed is a major factor); it would be easier to sell on the web, if we ever go that route; and finally reporting was better for performances than fees, although that improved with 8.0.
Good luck, parking is a great revenue stream, not to mention a customer convenience!
Ray
