Ticket Buyers by Source Code

Hi,

I am trying to create a list of patrons who have purchased tickets using a particular source code. Any ideas on how to do this? We do not use T-Stats.

    Hi Nia,

    In the Promotion criteria folder in List Manager there are a few useful things for you to use.
    You can probably get what you are looking for with the following.
    Promotion Source Number = (source number in question)
    Promotion Response IN Trans Processed 

    When a source code is used in an order/contribution it marks it as Trans Processed, so as long as you haven't been manually changing source code responses in the Connections > Promotions area of the constituent this should get you what you are looking for.

    You can pull a list on List Manager using criteria under the Promotions folder. Use Promotion Source Number with your source code (the number) and Promotion Response (Trans Processed if it’s used in an order) to get all the patrons that used this code.
