We recently set up a fee to track the sale of performance guides ordered with subscriptions. Now we're trying to pull out a list of all constituents who paid said fee (in order to mail out the guides) and finding that nothing exists in the system already to do so. Before we go writing a custom report, I thought someone else may have created a way to do just this. Has anyone done this and would you be willing to share your script/report/knowledge with us?

Hi Emily,
A quick and easy way would be to run a "Transactions by Posting" report based on the GL code of the Fee you set up. You could specify date ranges, and the GL code that you are looking for. Once run you can save it to a list.
This will obviously only work if your fee has a GL code that is unique to the guides only.
