It looks like the report Michael ran caught everything through Tessitura! So you can relax. I’ll give the Elements folks these transaction numbers.
Thank, Micahel!

Ray, I ran the attached report to see what would happen. This is a year's worth of transactions (last April through this March). It looks like it caught everything. I'll double-check LLL's numbers and get back to you.

Hi,
You may recall I talked a bit about Elements Payment services a few weeks ago. They would provide a hosted, PCI compliant, alternative to using the Transend gateway. We would remain with Chase Paymentech for processing. The first step is to see if they can provide any economic benefits. Would one person from each department send me the approximate number of credit card transactions your department processes through Tessitura each year? For Development and Membership: I do not need the number of supporting and basic memberships processed by the Call Center and Box Office, I’ll pull those. A ‘ball park” estimate is good enough. If you could get me this by the 26th, two weeks from now, that would be great.
Thanks.
Ray
