Is there a way to Rollover Flex packages and also Roll them over into Fixed Seat Packages?
We have what we call DYO - Design Your Own subscriptions where subscribers can choose between the different show for the season. Anything from 2~5 different shows ... I believe similar to the Flex Packages mentioned in Tessitura.
I'd like to know if anyone can point me to some documentation that will describe how this can be done. Since the DYO are Flex packages they don't show up in the Rollover Package's source section.
