Ticket report that displays date, performance, base price, fees

At Bass Hall-Fort Worth we are nearing the end of our Tessitura implementation with final go-live on July 1.

Our Ticket/Finance group is needing a report that mimics a report available in the legacy ticket system.

However, after reviewing available reports, TStats, forums, and shared reports I can’t find all of the requested pieces.

Ticket/Finance need something similar to:

Date   Performance            # of tix           Base ticket price     Per ticket fee           Convenience fee            Order level fee

Aug 1  Show-A                   10                500.00                    50.00                     2.50                        10.00

Aug 2  Show-B                   12                600.00                    60.00                     0.00                        12.00

Aug 3  Show-C                   39                390.00                    39.00                     7.50                        39.00

Aug 4  Show-D                   7                  35.00                     3.50                       9.00                        7.00

                   TOTALS          68                    1525.00                     152.50                        19.00                          68.00

I’ve reviewed some existing reports, but I can’t find what we need:

Income by Payment Method         Report includes Development income and our Finance group does not want Ticketing to see this data.

I know I can select “locations” (and this helps), but I still need performance info

GL Summary                             Report doesn’t break out what we need (we may need to create specific GLs for each show).

Daily Sales                                Report displays gross sales only.

Fees by Performance                 Report does not display ticket sales.

Ticket Sales by Period                Report does not display fees.

          And some others …

I suspect a report like this is available somewhere, and I’m just overlooking it.

Can someone help?

Thank You !
