we are in the implementation process and deciding whether to set up vouchers as part of a package or sell as a "certificate".
In our current system we sell them as part of our "Choose Your Own" package as there's a min purchase of 4 (or can be bought in combination with tickets) to become subscribers. In order to:
-easily pull a list of "subscribers" which include these gift vouchers purchases
-redeem vouchers/link returns/exchanges to the same subscription order (?)
-easily print out vouchers (currently they print out like tickets, very easy to design/setup)
it sounds like the best way is to sell them as a performance. ie, how we do this currently. BUT! is selling vouchers on TNew an added complication? Suggestions for how you've handled gift vouchers as part of flex packages very welcome.
