We are in our first year of using Tessitura and are looking to implement Interest Weighting. We only have 1 year of live orders, but we have loaded about 5 years of Ticket History in flat files. The Interest Weighting procedure works off Orders, not the History tables, and I’m wondering if anyone has come up with a way to use their flat history files to feed into the Interest Weighting Procedure? I’m envisaging some sort of hybrid where the flat history is interrogated and the interest values are added to what is found in orders. Or any other brilliant ideas are welcome.
