Has anyone found a report that will split the credit card fees up by card type?
I can run a Ticketing Fee Revenue report which shows me the total dollar amount of the credit card fee across all of our performances but I would like to see if there is a way I can get this report with more detail such as card type and splitting it up by performance.
Looking forward to hearing if anyone has had any luck with this

We have the need for the same report, but apparently Tessitura is unable to produce a method of payment report for fees. We do have a workaround that I would be happy to share if you are interested. It basically tracks sales for tickets/items by payment method then calculates the percentage for each of those sales by payment method. We then break out the fees by that same percentage. It's not an exact science, but a close approximation of what we think would be close.

I would love you to share that report with me! An approximation is better than nothing.
If you change the designation in the fee setup, you can then run the Income by Payment Method report under Finance and it will break out the payment methods. We have designations for each of our fees and both box office and finance like seeing the detail.

Thanks, we already have different designations for our fees and ticketing but it won't break it down by performance in the report which is what I am needing. Thanks for your help though that is a report I hadn't thought to run yet and I am going to use it elsewhere in my reporting
