We decided to go with Revel POS (http://revelsystems.com/) and have just installed it. Our first show with it up and running starts performances this Saturday. Hopefully I’ll have insights to share once we’re in the thick of it. You can contact me directly at ksircus@berkeleyrep.org.

We're looking at doing the same thing in the near future: have you made any decisions as to vendors, or are you going to try to use Tessitura directly (which is another option we're considering).

Greetings from Berkeley Repertory Theatre! We're looking to install a POS system for our concessions operations in our two theatres (and potentially our gift shop). Were installing a new ePOS system at the moment for when we re-open in September.  We're using a company called MissionIS (in the UK).  They indicated to us that they are developers rather than software providers and would happily work towards some form of integration, specifically shared gift cards as you mentioned.  These features won't be there when we go live, but hopefully will be working with them shortly afterwards.
