During a batch print, an order will occasionally print each individual element ID on a separate ticket. Naturally this wastes a ton of ticket stock. Has anyone experienced an issue like this?

Don't know if this is related, but I vaguely remember an issue very similar to this and it only affected tickets in batch printing - not when printed from the order. If I recall, the problem came down to contiguity on the seat map. You might try going into Facility Manager and running a Validate Completeness on the map to see if there are any seats with no contiguity defined.
