SubscriptionRollover

Hello,

We have a season with a subscription rollover that has just occurred. The renewal forms have been printed and are in the mail. We need to make a change to the fees for the order and are looking to cancel the rolled over orders and then rollover again. What I need to make sure of is that when I rollover the orders again that they go into the canceled order number as that is what has been printed on the renewal forms.

So if I have order #12345 and I cancel it, make the fee change necessary and then rollover the orders again, I want the newly rolled over order to be order #12345.  If I use the "add to orders after" button in the rollover set will this do what I am asking?

Thanks!

That should work as long as you set that date to the day before you did first of the first round of the rollovers. I would try it out in Test first, just to be sure it works like you want.
