I am wanting to find a best practice for setting up a 3 and 4 Pack same seat subscription that will rollover into a 5 Pack same seat subscription next season. If I set up Limited choice packages or fixed seats where to a certain number of performances can be deleted from the package in an order (by setting the Min Perfs field to 3, thereby allowing up to 2 performances to be deleted in the subline of the order), will this rollover to a 5 Pack next season. If not, is there a way to set it up now, to rollover as i want it too. Is there a way to establish it or tag it for 5 Pak renewal.
Any help or suggestions appreciated.

You can roll a 3 show package over into a 5 show package as long as the base seats are available in the target package. The number of performance attached to either the source package or target package does not matter. It is also possible to use a single performance for either a source or target in a rollover, if desired.
Thats great Boann. In terms of reporting this alteration, if we do this, what would you say is the best way to report accurately what is indeed a 5 Pak, and what has been altered to a 3 Pak from a 5 Pak...

The best way to report on which packages were sold as a 5 Pack and which were sold as a 3 Pack is to either use distinct Price Types for each package or to create a new package for the 3 Packs.
If you use a 5 Pack and 3 Pack price type and want to roll everyone over to a 5 Pack you can use the Price Type Mapping Table to adjust the price types during rollover.
If you create a new package for limited choice packages you can stack your rollover Source Packages to all roll into one Target Package. For example- the 5 Pack Friday 1 can have the following Source Packages: 5 Pack Friday 1, 4 Pack Friday 1 and 3 Pack Friday 1. As long as the base seats for each package do not overlap everyone will rollover into their same seats for a 5 Pack.
