Hello all.
We work with Super Packages that use three venues for the season. I have completed the rollovers for the upcoming season and have been advised that one of the venues will be changing it's seating drastically which will require me to replace one venue in the package. I assumed I would be able to use Seat Cancellation to replace the venue, but didn't realize that it will cancel the whole order, in essence requiring me to do the whole rollover process again.
Has anyone come across a fix for this type of situation or am I missing something in Seat Cancellation that would only remove a portion of the order, to which I can just roll the new venue into them?

If you haven't started paying off those orders I would recommend cancelling and re-rolling.Having a change of venue in a super pack is one of those situations that doesn't have a good solution.I feel your pain, I'm faced with a similar situation myself.
Thanks, Ryan. I had a feeling I was kind of stuck. I was hoping to find a way around having to re-roll everything and just roll the new venue. My rollover is so huge, I'm dreading having to do it a second time.
