My org is looking to introduce a 2D barcode on our PAH PDF Template to make it easier when the customer has loaded their E-Tickets on a mobile device.
It's my understanding that you cannot indicate a PDF17 or a QR Code in the Tessitura ticket design, but I thought passing a number string with the ticket number that feeds into a barcode object within the Adobe PDF Template would work. In my experiments, the barcode is always blank.
Has anyone been able to implement something like this?

At my org we are also looking to create a friendlier mobile ticket. Did you have any luck with this? Specifically with converting the barcode into a different format?
