We do a number of offsite events with our orchestra, and at our latest event, unknown to our tessitura team, ushers used electronic credit card scanners for payment that had no connection to our Tessitura system. My question is: does anyone ever use card scanners for outside events and then import something into Tessitura for sales data? Or does anyone know of a solution?
