I am trying to figure out how to turn notes made in online orders into CSI's for patron comments/ seating preferences. Does anybody do this?

I have the single sale order listing report delivered periodically as an excel with only the Web MOSs and you can look through the order notes column quickly that way. Helps when people put in will call names or write "Happy Birthday" etc.
