Gift Certificate Sales Reporting

Hi Elaine,

We use Order Category to identify sales with Gift Certificates. This allows us the opportunity to create a list based on Order Category and run it against ticketing reports. Running this list against the Single Sale Order Listing report would help you to identify Gift Certificate sales by solicitor.  I hope this helps. Does anyone know how to report on gift certificate sales by staff member?  Looking at stats on ticket sales, merchandise sales etc and would like to know more tips and tricks from the top gift certificate seller in our theatre for training purposes for new team members.

Thanks for this.   I think our set up is a bit awkward as it’s set up as a payment method rather than a season and we record income against the show as the voucher is redeemed.

In the end, we ran a query on the database to pick up this information.
