Ticket Design Elements Inquiry

We added Left, Right or Center to TR_Section in Additional Text last year and it was pretty simple to do.  Once you’ve done it on each facility you don’t have to think about it again.

I added a screenshot of the system table, but it may not be able to be see no the forum.

What we would like to do is print out a field on our ticket, that tells the constituent which side of the house to enter on. (i.e. Left Stage, Right Stage, Center). I believe that prior to version 11 the only field that could be used for this is Additional Seat Text 1 and 2.  Data that is pulled from TR_SECTION. (Currently we use that field for other information).

The issue for us is that we have one Orchestra line -- in TR_SECTION. (to use that field we need to make 3 lines TR_SECTION (orchestra for left, right and center). This would also have to have us change facilities, and zones, and using this table would require a mass change across many other areas of tessitura.

I wanted to inquire, has any one seen any updates to version 11, that will help with identifying a field (that isn't in TR_SECTION) or hard code some logic on the ticket, that will return 'left' if the seat falls into some criteria? Do we then need a custom table?

Does anyone else have any other suggestions to make this work?
