Hello,
We are including the customer's last name on our ticket design. I have pulled the data group "Account" and the data element is "Last Name1"
The issue we are having is that now being on v11, its printing for household accounts both the first and last name and then the word household. Its not pulling the customers last name only.
Does anyone know of a way to have it really just use the last name of the primary affiliate besides using a custom data element field?
