On a regular basis, we end up with a fair amount of bad/bogus accounts created as part of website activity. I'm not referring to duplicates, but rather, junk accounts... Our standard practice is to inactivate them, but we're interested in mimizing or preventing this from happening going forward.
Any advice or solutions you have found/implemented?
Thanks in advance.

If you are on TNEW I believe they are including a captcha option in the next version. That should help.

Brain,
There is some software called QAS that integrates with Tessitura in both the client and through your website. I know that Tessitura has negotiated special pricing for licensees. We have QAS integrated in our client and are working on integrating it with our new website that will be Live next month. The software provides addresses from the USPS database and forces USPS formatting including apt and ste numbers. We've had QAS for about 3 years now and love it.
You can find all the information and contact information for QAS here.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you'd like more information about our experience.
