Our first sub renewal is coming up. Looking for Ideas on how to print out . The canned renewal form does not work for us. And I know know must purchase Info Maker software to create custom renewal form.
What does everyone else do for printed renewal forms? The must be a way to down load client info and word merge into a word doc.

Hi Mike,
You can save the output from the Renewal Notice utility to Excel or a csv and then merge it into a layout you design in Word. That’s what I did back when I was a user, actually.

Hey Kevin.
I'm trying to run my renewal data and I'm using the Renewal Notice for the first time. I see that it doesn't pull all of the seats if a patron has exchanged. Is there a way to get the original seats into an Excel doc? I also pulled the Subscription Detail by constituent. It shows all the info I need on the screen but upon exporting into Excel as a CSV it doesn't show any seats at all. How do I get that? Is there a way?
