SSRS Export Not Working

Hello Everyone - Happy Friday,

I have an SSRS report running thru Tess that works fine except when exporting. The select a format drop down appears but no selection can be made. I've tried it both as a post and a url but no go. The export function works fine when going straight from the SSRS Report Server. Any direction/help would be appreciated.

    Hi Shelia

     

    Are by any chance using Windows Vista?  If you are you will need to get your IT guys to carry out a registry change on your PC.  For some reason IE 6 blocks Tessitura from using browser drop downs.

    This is a known issue with the Microsoft browser control, that unfornately exists in XP and Vista.

     

    The beautiful thing though, is with the new forums and site, I can link you directly to the fix!
