Single Tix on the Web

Hi,

Our seasons at the Symphony overlap twice a year  - Winter season is still on sale when single tickets go on sale for the summer in March/April.  Customers are able to purchase winter and summer shows on the web in one order.... But summer tickets are not mailed until  3 weeks before the first summer show, sometime in June....So we have orders with some lineitems to be printed right away and some at a later day ... Does anybody have the similar situation and how do you handle printing tickets ?

Thank you ,

Sabina ( on behalf of ticketing)

  • There is always the option of turning off the printing on the MOS in the performances of the future seasons. That would ensure that no tickets are printed that aren't supposed to. You woudl simply click them back on when it's time to print them.

  • I like you approach.  Thank you ..
