Does anyone know if there is somewhere in Tessitura that keeps a record of when you change ticket designs for any given price type in a performance? It doesn't seem to record on the audit log for that performance. We had some tickets go out to patrons with the incorrect ticket design (and therefore incorrect theatre name) but the problem was fixed immediately with season maintenance to all the performances at once and we are trying to track who got incorrect tickets.
Any suggestions?
Hi Joshua:As far as I can tell, there is no audit history in ticket design. The performance audit history is independent of ticket design, so that won't help you. My only suggestion is that you find the orders or tickets that were printed up to the date and time you changed the ticket design. There is no cache time in ticket design changes; they are immediate. Because of that, you should be able to identify the patrons with incorrect information by finding the print time of the orders.
