Auto Renewals?

We're thinking of offering auto renewal as an option for our subscribers.  Just wondering - is anyone else offering this?  How are you processing them?  Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Hi Karen!

    We haven't actually implemented this system yet, unfortunately.  We were prepared to offer it with online renewals this season with a checkbox on their checkout screen that would link to Tess and generate an attribute that we could use to find them, but we ended up re-scaling our houses this year and our marketing department didn't want to send to many confusing messages to our subscribers.  We're still considering it for our FY16 renewal campaign in January, however, now that we know how to capture them.  Hope to see you at the conference!
