We have run into an issue with our headers and I decided to come here for some help. Previously we used Last Name 1 as the first line on our Will Call headers, blown up quite large so that when filing it is very clearly seen. However, because of this, tickets sold to a household cause a problem by showing everything in the Househould line. What alternatives are people using for this? With my minimal experience using the Ticket Design toolkit, I find the options available to me as limited. How customizable are these data fields?

I know this thread is ancient but I'm trying to add the constituency to our ticket headers and I'm not sure where to do it. I'm in ticket design but I can't find the data field that has constituency. I'm having trouble sorting through all the posts to find the answer to this.

Hi Adria,
I don't believe constituency is an out-of-the-box element for ticket design. If you have an in-house DBA or systems admin they may be able to create it as a custom user defined element for you.
