I posted this over in the TNEW group forum but didn't get any bites, so thought I'd try here:
We launched TNEW in the summer and all has been going very well. We do, however, get one comment/complaint consistently and that is the lack of a seating map which is accessible from the shopping cart page once seats have been assigned through the Best Seating option.
Has anyone come up with an elegant way to display seating maps on this page?
I was thinking of putting a link to all of our seating maps up in the Cart.aspx text, which would open a new page with a list of shows, and their seating maps. It would mean a few extra clicks for our patrons however.
Any other suggestions on this?
