We recently upgraded to Transcend 3.0 and are having an issue with processing swipes. We already have different merchant IDs for swipe vs MOTO but Transcend is instructing us to have separate methods of payments for each in order to accept swipes. So we're supposed to have a Visa MOP for phone sales and another Visa MOP for swipes? What a pain. Is that what those of you on Transcend v 3 have had to do??
