Hello!
We are planning for next season, and one of our productions may have a shorter length run than it has in the past. We will need to condense what's currently six houses into three. I'm wondering if it is possible to do the rollover unseated, so we can then take care of condensing those houses during our seating process. The people who are in those shows will have different seats next year than they do this year, so we won't be able to rollover their seats. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks so much!

Hi Tamara,
There may be a better way of dealing with this but I believe you can accomplish it by temporarily reserving all the seats for those performances next year, and then assigning the limited shows you do have into multiple rollover sets. This should cause seating conflicts for everyone when you rollover, leaving you with unseated orders for those shows.
Make sure do some testing first since rollovers can be a pain to reverse if something goes wrong.
Cheers!
