Hello Tessiturians!
I think I may have to go to T-Stats for this, but I thought I'd throw this question to the forum to see if anyone else has tried something else that may work.
We have a presenter who has increased their print marketing and have seen a return on that increased marketing. They'd like to know what cities these sales are coming in from in order to target more marketing materials over the next two weeks. Outside of T-Stats does anyone know a way to pull this information for them?
As always, your help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers!Short
I ended up making things really simple. I created a Single Ticket Buyer's list for the dates in question and ran that through an output set which pulled out the Zip Codes and from there I was able to let our partner know where the sames were coming in from.
DUH! :)
I know you mentioned T-Stats.
T-Stats is actually great for Zip Code/Geographic location reporting. It is particularly helpful to filter by top 20 or 30 zip codes by household. We use this to understand the differences in our audiences program by program. It can be really helpful with targeting your marketing efforts to particularly strong areas for your programs.
I'd like to run a report that shows our top zip codes by sales performance. I have t-stats but don't know how to pull this information.
How do I do this?
Hi India,
This is a pretty quick report to build in T-Stats. I started typing out directions and then discovered that there are instructions in the T-Stats Recipe Book for "What are the top postal codes for a specific genre". The link is below and it starts on page 153. Follow these directions but instead of using genre, drag season (or performance depending on how granular you want the report) into the filter/slicer.

Let me know if you have any trouble and good luck!
