We offered "gift cards" in Living Social. Buy $10.00 get $20.00, $25.00 get $50.00, $50.00 get $100.00 in credit on GA, Memberships, Planetarium shows. Since the offer doesn't say they have to use it all in one visit. I created an Living Social ON ACCOUNT. So we can track if the customer has any remaining balance for the future visits. Before I'm asked ....is there any way for me to track what performances and or price types have been sold to that method of payment?
I cannot find a method of payment in TSTATS that would report for tickets sold by a certain payment method and the only one I found in Normal Reporting is Performance Payment Summary and there is no break out by # of tickets just totals for entire performance.
If we weren't carrying the "money" over to another visit and had to track a credit then I could discount the order for the $20.00 and be done with it. I just anticipate having to show that a certain amount wasn't "real money" it was this "credit" money and how I'll help them report.
Hello Sandra
Please look at the Payments by Performance Report Listed with the Ticketing Box Office Reports. This report will list the total revenue for each season and or each perfomance broken down by methods of payment. Note, that if fees are applied with the purchase of these tickets, they monies used towards payment of fees will not be inclusive of this report. And there is not report fo break down the payment source for handling fees. Good luck.
Hopefully this helps you out
