We have started changing price zones in Season Maintenance on seats to modify pricing on select high-demand concerts.
We were aware that price zones could not be changed on sold seats. However, we’re also noticing that the price zone cannot be changed on a seat that has been donated for resale.
Is this by design, or is there any way around this?

Hi-It won't let you change the zone on a seat that has been donated. Probably because there is information in the system database tying that seat to that zone. Also, if it were able to have a new zone assigned, it would give the wrong zone for the donation. The best workaround is to use a price type (create one, if you have to) and price map to increase the price of the ticket within the existing zone.
